What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is available for general sale. Once your order is placed, it is sent directly to our manufacturer for production. After production, all items are shipped back to the Pure Elation team for assembly and quality inspection before being shipped out to you.

The entire pre-order process typically takes 3–8 weeks for orders to begin shipping. This timeline depends on production schedules and the total quantity of orders placed during the pre-order period.

Pre-Made
Or a mix of both
